Single consultation
Ideal if you are interested in quick insights into your current diet and lifestyle or perhaps you require advice in the run-up to a specific event like a wedding day. If you would like insights into your eating habits and are curious about nutrition then one session can offer you the basics of what you need to support your overall health.
In this session I will review your current diet and give feedback on any changes you can make that will help you achieve your short term health goals. This requires a short log of your food intake, mood, bowel movements and hydration patterns for the previous 7 days.
Once I have reviewed these we schedule a 60 minute consultation where I will give you the benefit of my insights and present you with my recommendations.

I will review your current diet and feedback on any changes you can make that will help you achieve your short term health goals. Price £110
Each consultation package provides you with a tailored nutrition plan.* It begins with completion of an online diet and health questionnaire followed by a one hour consultation.
All packages include access to an app where you can view your nutrition plan, log your weekly food diary and access messaging support between sessions.
Fees cover all sessions together, the research & preparation for these and your personalised plans, and any interpretation of test results (GP or functional tests).
Weekly check-in calls will also help to keep you on track and address any issues or concerns that might arise from daily life. They help monitor your progress, review your symptoms and diet diary and help keep you supported and accountable.
